AHS Energy’s brand new Jenz Chippertruck is the first of its kind in the UK. It will bring flexibility, huge capacity and fast turnaround to any chipping operation.
Key features include:
- 480 hp engine for both the truck and the chipper, bringing huge power
- Steerable rear axle which gives the truck a very small turning circle (16.6m), giving manoeuvrability in the smallest spaces, and allowing the truck to work alongside a collection vehicle
- 7.5m crane and grab
- Feed-in for brash is 1.2m. Logs of up to 42cm for hardwood, and 56cm for softwood can be accommodated
- Built-in cracker for larger logs
- Chipping potential of 120m3, or 40 tonnes per hour
